If you need a Visa or an invitation letter in English to be able to cross the boarder, please contact us as soon as possible. With the data you put in here and your e-mail that you send to us stating that you need these documents, will make the process faster and more easy for us.

Hosting

Please select your meal preferences. Our kitchen tries their best to meet your preferences. In our kitchen different kinds of meat and dairies are processed, therefore we cannot offer halal meat at lunch, only for the breakfast buffet and cold dinner buffet. Please consider choosing vegetarian or vegan as an option and mark “halal” in “Allergies or comments for the kitchen”.

Accommodation in our facilities is possible in bedrooms shared with 2, 3 or max. 4 people. We will try to keep your preferences in mind, but cannot guarantee, that we will be able to provide accommodation according to your preferences.

During the program there will be a day dedicated to your contributions. For this we offer different time slots for you to facilitate a session. Please mark your contribution to the program in the following section.

I agree that my data will be collected, processed and used up to 12 weeks after the end of the event by the youth education center Kurt Löwenstein (KLH) for the purpose of sending information for the above-mentioned event. Under "Information of KLH" you have the option to indicate that we keep your contact information in our network.
